Having participated in several conferences around the Bay Area, we felt that MUN was a great way to improve research and public speaking skills, as well as to meet new people and creating lasting memories with each other. With BIFMUNC, we wanted to create a safe space for beginners in middle school to start their Model UN journey, and to hopefully enjoy it, leading them to continue throughout high school, just like how many members of our team did.

In 2024, we held the first edition of the conference at BASIS Independent Fremont Upper School, and we're excited to bring forward the second edition this year.
